Ria and Sid lived in Texas as they planned their wedding. Ria chooses Maritime Parc 5 days for leaving NY/NJ for her reception. Ria was adamant of having a Saturday wedding in Jersey City. When I gave Ria options, she saw a bigger picture of her magical wedding. The small intimate ceremony was held at Rasoi III.
She chose Maritime Parc as one of the best views of lower Manhattan. As Ria had a specific taste, she careful hand selected her vendors. She saw a craft in photography and wanted the best! We must of went through 15 companies before picking Resonance Vision. I think she only chose them because they have a cat and Ria is the crazy cat lady. We decided to go into designing and visual seeing her ideas. She loves bright colors. Ria wanted to use the color hot pink, orange, and gold. We had Exclusive Events put together a chic mandap for the ceremony and a simple but yet elegant reception head table. Of course, Ria planned the entire wedding with Chandai Events by her side. Where was the groom in all of this? Well he was responsible for the cake, the wedding cake. As much of the planning was done with Chandai, Sid and Ria flew to NY to visit some family and pick out there wedding cake design with no other than Ron Ben-Israel. Ron Ben-Israel is as know as “Manolo Blahnik of wedding cakes”.
