How do we plan a Long Island Day of Coordinator?

Weddings are our passion. We are trilled and delighted to work with out clients. Planning can easy or as diffcult as you make it be. Pooja and Ashwin chose to have a wedding planner as their day of coordinator because they could not imagine how the day will go with a tradtional South Asian wedding. Pooja was recommend from her best friend wedding, were we had coordinator day of about 4 years prior. It is always amazing and a wonderful opportunity to work for our clients family and friends. Pooja and I had not seen each other during that time but we hopped on call one day and review the details and expection for the wedding day coordination. During our call we review her friends wedding like it was yesterday. She had 2 vendors the same, it was the House of Talent for photography and us, Chandai Events. She had booked us about 5 months to her wedding date. It was great timing to start atleast to get ahead of the game. We worked diligently on their traditional South Indian wedding. There where many moving parts of the ceremony. We were able to create a memorable, fun and smooth weddind for their family and guests.
